Delivery During Covid-19 

Although we are currently operating as normal in store, our home delivery services are being directly affected by the knock on delays surrounding the current pandemic. Please be aware that the current delivery time frame is approximately 7-14 days, this is not a guaranteed service. Collection In Store - Covid 19 Social Distancing Implented 

If you are shielding or wish to limit your contact with others we can offer a contact free collection service. Simply call us on 02892680049, we will then pick your order and process a card payment over the phone. Upon collection a store colleague will collect your items and bring them to your car. 

Where is my order?

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. In the body of this email you will find information about when your products will be delivered.

If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email or telephone us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday. If your order hasn't arrived, firstly, view your order online. If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team or call us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday.

Delivery charges and options

Individual products may be dispatched from more than one location and therefore arrive separately but delivery will only be charged once.

Delivery Service

Standard Delivery times are between 8am - 6pm, Mon to Fri

Order Weight & Prices

Noirthern Ireland up to 29kg* £6.95
Southern Ireland* up to 20kg


An additional £9.95 postage charge will be added per 15kg once the parcel weight has exceeded 25kg

We may contact you after order placement to process a further shipping fee 


UK Mainland  Unfortunately, as a result of some important changes to our business as a result of Brexit and introduction of a customs and regulatory barrier on the trade of goods from Northern Ireland to/from Great Britain means we can no longer support the delivery of orders to the United Kingdom. 
Highlands & Islands Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to these areas

Delivery times can vary, though we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days of order placement.* 

*Deliveries to Southern Ireland and some rural areas may experience moderately longer wait times. Please be aware that although we aim to deliver all of our orders promptly, in some cases circumstances which are out of our control can affect wait times. These include shortages of delivery drivers, weather disruptions and back logs of parcels due to public holidays.

Disruptions caused by public holidays can in some cases cause delays to our scheduled pick ups and deliveries. If you have placed your order within 2-3 days of a public holiday please allow for an extra 1-2 days on your estimated delivery time frame. 


Heavy Items 

Given ongoing price increases we are no longer able to deliver selected heavy items to Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland. For those items affected, collection in store is still available.  

Carriers used for order delivery

We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Parcelforce and Fastways. In addition, some of the items we sell are despatched directly from the supplier or manufacturer. These items will be delivered separately by the manufacturer's own couriers.

Deliveries to multiple addresses

Unfortunately we do not currently support multiple delivery addresses per order.

What if only part of your order has arrived?

If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please bare in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, email our Customer Services team or call us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 4pm Monday - Friday.

What if you're not in when we deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. If you would like to request a safe place for the parcel to be left please leave a note within the notes section when confirming your order.  

International deliveries & BFPO

We cannot deliver outside the UK, to off shore islands/scottish highlands or to BFPO's currently. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.
