**DISRUPTIONS CAUSED BY STORM OPHELIA**
Please be aware - all orders placed between Friday 13th October to Wednesday 18th may be directly affected by the disruptions caused by storm Ophelia which is due to hit our warehouse in Northern Ireland, 12.00am 16.10.17. Although we are working to ensure parcels all are packaged and sent within two working days we are unable to control some factors which may affect delivery times I.E cancelled sailings, back logs, cancelled collections/deliveries.
Update 16.10 10.46am - Cancellations confirmed to sailings and Southern Irish deliveries.
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. In the body of this email you will find information about when your products will be delivered.
If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email or telephone us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday. If your order hasn't arrived, firstly, view your order online. If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team or call us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday.
Individual products may be dispatched from more than one location and therefore arrive separately but delivery will only be charged once.

Delivery times can vary, though we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days of order placement.*
*Deliveries to Southern Ireland and some rural areas may experience moderately longer wait times. Please be aware that although we aim to deliver all of our orders promptly, in some cases circumstances which are out of our control can affect wait times. These include shortages of delivery drivers, weather disruptions and back logs of parcels due to public holidays.
Orders must be placed by 11pm for requested same day dispatch. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Disruptions caused by public holidays can in some cases cause delays to our scheduled pick ups and deliveries. If you have placed your order within 2-3 days of a public holiday please allow for an extra 1-2 days on your estimated delivery time frame.

We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Hermes, Parcelforce and Fastways. In addition, some of the items we sell are despatched directly from the supplier or manufacturer. These items will be delivered separately by the manufacturer's own couriers.
Unfortunately we do not currently support multiple delivery addresses per order.
If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, email our Customer Services team or call us on 0028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday.
Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. If you would like to request a safe place for the parcel to be left please leave a note within the notes section when confirming your order.
We cannot deliver outside the UK, to off shore islands/scottish highlands or to BFPO's currently. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.
