Christmas is a busy time, we appreciate your patience but due to increased demands on our couriers we are expecting some disruptions to normal services. All shipments are expected to take longer in the weeks leading up to Christmas and early into the new year with the further disruptions of the January sales. 

Mainland UK 

Orders placed after 12pm Monday 18th December cannot be garunteed delivery before Christmas. 

Northern & Southern Ireland 

Orders placed after 10am Monday 18th Decemeber cannot be garunteed delivery before Christmas. 


We are unable to send parcels to Northern Irish and Southern Irish addresses during the following period - 21st December to the 2nd January - this is due to a cease in collections by our courier server 'Fastways'.

We are unable to send parcels to Mainland UK addresses during the following periods - 21st December to the 26th December - and - 29th December to the 2nd January - this is also due to a cease in collections by our courier server 'Parcelforce'.

Where is my order?

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. In the body of this email you will find information about when your products will be delivered.

If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email or telephone us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday. If your order hasn't arrived, firstly, view your order online. If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team or call us on 028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday.

Delivery charges and options

Individual products may be dispatched from more than one location and therefore arrive separately but delivery will only be charged once.

Highlands & Islands Cannot Deliver

Delivery times can vary, though we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days of order placement.*

*Deliveries to Southern Ireland and some rural areas may experience moderately longer wait times. Please be aware that although we aim to deliver all of our orders promptly, in some cases circumstances which are out of our control can affect wait times. These include shortages of delivery drivers, weather disruptions and back logs of parcels due to public holidays.

Orders must be placed by 11pm for requested same day dispatch. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Disruptions caused by public holidays can in some cases cause delays to our scheduled pick ups and deliveries. If you have placed your order within 2-3 days of a public holiday please allow for an extra 1-2 days on your estimated delivery time frame.

Carriers used for order delivery

We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Hermes, Parcelforce and Fastways. In addition, some of the items we sell are despatched directly from the supplier or manufacturer. These items will be delivered separately by the manufacturer's own couriers.

Deliveries to multiple addresses

Unfortunately we do not currently support multiple delivery addresses per order.

What if only part of your order has arrived?

If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, email our Customer Services team or call us on 0028 92 680049 between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday.

What if you're not in when we deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. If you would like to request a safe place for the parcel to be left please leave a note within the notes section when confirming your order.

International deliveries & BFPO

We cannot deliver outside the UK, to off shore islands/scottish highlands or to BFPO's currently. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.
